About The Author of Pocket Guide to Winning Blackjack
J. Schaffel has studied and played the game of Blackjack for more than 20 years. He is up to date with the way today’s casinos play the game. He has played (and won more than lost!) in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Vancouver, in the Caribbean, Niagara Falls, Montreal and at many small and large casinos across North America.
Knowledge acquired over years of playing casino Blackjack were applied to his powerful Blackjack pocket guide, with the first printing in the fall of 2001. The "Winning Casino Blackjack" website was launched in February of 2005 with the purpose of educating Blackjack players and assisting them in their quest to overcome the casino's advantage when playing Blackjack.
There are many styles and rule variations in casino Blackjack. Pocket Guide To Winning Blackjack focuses on the most common, so that the lessons learned can be applied almost anywhere.
